Please give me your opinions of what you think are the 6 most important strenght exercises for boys artistic gymnastics to make efective progression. Press to handstand, tuckplanch etc

Not sure what you exactly mean by artistic , but I'm guessing floor routine? If so work on planche work, tuck planches, pseudo planche work, you will need press to handstand, I would also work on some pommel so you can integrate circles and flares on the floor.

Thanks for your answer KBRYK. I´m sorry if I didnt make my self clear. I´m talking about all 6 (highbar, vault, pommel,floor, rings and p-bars)

I´m looking for basic but very important strenght exercises that are

essential for effectiv progression in boys gymnastics ( ages 12-15).
