The Ring Gymnastic diet?

Hai

I am wondering what kind diet the ring gymnastic are using?

They look relay ripped when they do some performance.

I am working out for some wile on the rings and I wont lover my body fat to get ripped like the gymnastic guys.

If they are using high protein diet? Or other type of diet?

Do a search for Gregor on this site and you'll come across his posts on what he does for diet. I haven't seen him post in quite a while. Probably busy with coaching and training.

Gymnast's diet will really vary from one to the other. One of my friends mainly only ingested eggs and some cheese while he was a collegiate gymnast but was basically vegetarian besides that (he probably ate tofu as well). The Chinese eat lots of meat, vegetables, and rice proportionate to what they need.

Jon Horton switched to a bodybuilding diet of chicken, vegetables and brown rice when he wanted to start leaning out at the OlympicTrainingCenter.

So there really isn't one diet. It's like religion. Everyone has their own ideas and it works for them.

If you want to lean out, cut out sugary sources and watch carb intake. Eat enough carbs to support your workout needs but basically you want your body burning more fat as an energy source than you are storing it ( by excess consumption of calories and carbs).

Eventually someone will write a book and label it the Gymnastics Diet and make millions.
