GymnasticBodies Coach Christopher Sommer Featured in Tim Ferriss Interview by Outside Magazine
Tim Ferriss is a New York Times best-selling author and one of the top thought-leaders today in investing, lifestyle design, health and fitness, and much, much more. Having initially achieved success with his first book The 4-Hour Workweek and early stage investments such as Twitter and Uber, Tim also topped the lists with his follow-up books The 4-Hour Body and The 4-Hour Chef.
As a break between book projects, Tim turned his attention to podcasts and quickly became known for his long-form interviews with some of the world's best, high-achieving elite performers. He has interviewed such well-known stars as Edward Norton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Foxx, Kevin Costner, Tony Robbins, and many more outstanding individuals on his highly acclaimed podcast The Tim Ferriss Show.
In early 2016 Tim reached out to the founder of GymnasticBodies Coach Christopher Sommer in order to get some guidance in his own fitness routine. This training partnership led to Coach Sommer being featured on The Tim Ferriss Show twice, with both episodes being very well-received amongst Tim's large and well-educated audience: The Secrets of Gymnastic Strength Training and The Secrets of Gymnastic Strength Training, Part Two.
In preparation for the release of his next book Tools of Titans, Outside Magazine recently featured Tim in a fascinating piece titled, "Question Everything You Know About Fitness." In the first section of the interview, Tim credits Coach Sommer with helping him see massive improvements in his strength and mobility using GST™ staples like Jefferson Curls, Shoulder Dislocates, and Hinge Rows.
